This guide explains how to setup scheduled emailing and printing jobs


  1. Go to Reports -> Scheduled emailing and printing
  2. Select "Printing" or "E-mail" depending on what kind of job you want to create
  3. Printing
    1.     Click on "Create new"
    2. Enter a name and click "OK"
    3. Click on "Create new" and select a report in the menu to the right that you want to print. Select number of copies and paper orientation. Click on "Save". It is possible to create several printing jobs by repeating this step
    4. Select a printer. Is it a network printer, deselect "Only show local printers"
    5. Select a week day and time when the report automatically will be printed. Click on "Add". It is possible to add several week days by repeating this step
    6. To delete printing jobs or scheduled week days for printing, click on the bin that is located to the right on each field
    7. To start a printing job manually, click on "Print" in the right lower corner
    8. The printing job template is saved automatically. You have now created a scheduled printing job
  4. E-Mail
    1. Click on "Create new"
    2. Enter a name and click "OK"
    3. Click on "Create new" and select a report in the menu to the right that you want to send by E-mail. Select a size for the report. Click on "Save". It is possible to create several reports by repeating this step
    4. Select a receiver in the "Receivers" list to the right. If the E-mail user is not in the list, click on the "Find user..." field. By clicking "Create new" you can add E-mail addresses. E-mail addresses won't be saved to a particular user if added here. We recommend to add E-mail addresses to the system users first that you will find here: System administration - > Users. It is possible to add several receivers by repeating this step
    5. Select a week day and time when the report automatically will be sent to E-mail receivers. Click on "Add". It is possible to add several week days by repeating this step
    6. To delete E-mail jobs or scheduled week days, click on the bin that is located to the right on each field
    7. Enter a subject and content to the Email template. Click on "Send test email" if you want to preview or test that it works
    8. The E-mail job template is saved automatically. You have now created a scheduled E-mail job
