This guide shows how to use documents or files in Operator Tools. It can be for example an instruktion for the operator, that must be read when an article starts.
1. Log in to Office Tools, go to "System administration", "Documents", and click on "Create a new document"
2. Select document type to be used. In this example we want a PDF manual for the operator.
3. Select the file
4. Visibility. Select "Is pubshed" to activate the function. You can also chose to activate it under a specific period.
